Our Education Tour is the ultimate deep dive for those who want to learn about all aspects of coffee cultivation and processing at origin. We will visit 3 different coffee farms that Nossa Familia has direct trade relationships with. There will be time to learn about environmental and social factors that influence what produces a delicious cup of coffee. We will also get to participate in coffee tastings with the farmers who have grown the coffee.

Nossa Familia's Classic Coffee Tour is perfect for the traveler who is looking for a mix of adventure, cultural experiences, coffee education and relaxation. The tour includes farm tours at 2 different coffee farms, an optional volcano hike and cooking class, coffee tastings and 2 nights at a lakeside hotel on Lake Atitlan. This is a well-rounded trip for those who want to experience the beauty of Guatemala.

Nicaragua
February 1 - 8, 2025

This is a one of kind service trip to help with improvements to the schoolhouse at Finca San Jose de las Nubes, a coffee farm Nossa Familia has worked with for over a decade. We will spend 2 days at the farm painting the school interior, touring the farm, observing coffee processing and participating in a coffee cupping. We will also spend 3 nights in Granada enjoying cultural and adventurous activities like a cooking class and a boat trip on stunning Lake Nicaragua.
