This roast continues to be the roast we compare everything else to. It's complex with no bitterness, works well iced or hot, in milk or black, as espresso or aeropressed. We love coffee t our house and often do side by side tastings. This one consistently wins. Also, we love that it gives back and who doesn't love abuela on her bicycle?!

I started with Nossa Familia Full Cycle. Many months later I switched to Augusta’s which I thought I preferred and have been enjoying. Recently, I switched back to Full Cycle. I use a dual boiler La Spaziale Vivaldi set at 94 degrees Celsius, using 18 grams, pre-infusion at 6 to 9 seconds (depending on flavor profile I want), using a 2 or 2.5 to 1 ratio, total extraction time from first drop at 38 to 42 seconds, I am getting truly delicious shots.

I've been making espresso with these beans as I usually drink Americanos in the morning. I'm really enjoying the coffee. It's well balanced and quite tasty with breakfast!
