The coffee cherry outer skin & fruit flesh are stripped from the coffee seed through mechanical depulping, fermentation in water troughs, and washing followed by a drying process on patios or raised beds.

Nossa Familia’s Family Line of coffees are all named after our founder’s family members, and appropriately named to match flavor profiles with personalities. Mathilde’s, Teodoro’s, and Ernesto’s are Brazilian coffees from our family’s farms. Augusta’s is sourced from Certified Organic partner cooperatives - one in Peru for part of the year and another in Guatemala for the remainder. Our Family Line of coffees encompasses a wide range of flavor profiles and roast levels; we don’t believe there is one roast level for everybody and are committed to providing a coffee for all palates. We are proud of these blends and work to ensure that their flavors remain consistent throughout harvest changes.
