Pretty good

I think I like the Camelia’s better, but this is still good

My favorite coffee!

I make a cup or two of Teodoro's every morning. It's my favorite coffee. And now that I have a subscription, I never run out!

Questionable freshness, maybe not best choice for espresso?

Between my friend and I we ordered half dozen bags. His coworkers can't stop raving about the beans. Said he had to open the manual grinder a bit and it produced a cup so delicious that the workplace ordered more. My bag seems to be the black sheep of the same-week order. Not very fresh, no crema no matter how we pulled (16 to 20 grams, 1:1 to 1:2), had to open the Baratza ESP almost two whole clicks. I am wondering if this bean is more of a drip or French press brew. As an espresso it's very average for my subjective tastes. Enough so that I did not take advantage of the 30% holiday weekend sale.

I'm happy to review these beans...

I run a website (inwallstore.com) where I'm always begging for folks to leave a review so I couldn't NOT give a review here. These beans have been in my grinder for over 10 years now. I must have run through 100 lbs over that time. No wait a minute...I buy 5 lbs every 3 months...that's 20 lbs a year...200!!! 200 pounds! They're just that good. No need to change to anything else. Warm, robust, smooth slightly chocolatey and just begs for the 3rd shot. Yummy.
