Empowering our employees to have a voice in where Nossa’s donation dollars go is paramount to building a team that is connected more deeply with each other and our global community. That’s why, in 2021, we launched our Employee Giving Committee, an employee led group that works with Kiva.org to fund micro-loans to support small-business owners in coffee growing regions around the world. 50¢ of every bag of Delícia do Brasil purchased helps fund these microloans.

Not like charcoal briquettes. A lovely medium roast, very smooth and low acid. I drink my coffee. 1/3 caffeinated 2/3 decaf. This joins up with the decaf Brazilian for a perfectly harmonious cup of coffee.
